It has certainly been such a long time coming, but the release of Gyroscope's brand new record Cohesion is now upon us. With less than two weeks to go we are pleased to announce a special release day treat for Gyroscope home town locals.

April 9th will not only see the release of Cohesion, it will also see the boys head down to Perth's 78 Records to play an intimate acoustic set, playing some tracks from the new album.

The band will then be sticking around to chat with fans and sign copies of Cohesion.

And sheesh, is there a lot of it this time around folks. We are so busy running around getting everything into place for the Some of the Places I Know Tour that we barely know where to start.

Ah yes, the Some of the Places I Know Tour! Kicks off this very night at Newcastle University folks, which is very exciting indeed. Following that up on Friday night will be Wollongong University. In most thrilling news for Brisbane based Gyro fans who may have been upset by the cancellation of the inaugural The Lost Weekend Festival - we have announced Brisbane headline date!
