Firstly let us extend our thanks to all the fantastic crowds that well and truly turned it out for Gyroscope's huge
Cohesion Tour. By all reports the shows were a mess of sweaty, singing bodies and a truly rockin' time was had by band and fans alike. With some solid backing from supports
The Vasco Era and After the Fall, we hope it was well worth to wait to see the Gyro's pull out all the stops (and even some never before heard live album tracks!) Here are some links to

Jam packed right in the middle of the Cohesion Tour, the Gyro's packed their wares and headed off to Wollongong for the filming of their very exciting
Channel [V] Live show. The Waves venue was jam packed with lucky fans who managed to scoop up the winners tickets, and the amazing Channel [V] set made it one special show indeed. We hear the boys even chucked in a sneaky Nirvana cover. Missed out? The show is being aired on Channel [V] a bunch of times this month, head to

Keeping the live ball rolling (as usual) Gyroscope brought out their show for two special intimate performances in
Melbourne and Perth courtesy of Nova. The Melbourne date took place in an aeroplane hanger (and had Dan rockin' it from the wing of a very old plane!) while the Perth show went down at the iconic Astor Theatre. If you missed those shows you can take a squiz at photos form the Astor date right here:

Oh, and now onto live recordings! If you cast your minds back a little earlier in the year you'll remember that Gyroscope played
Triple J's annual One Night Stand, this year in Alice Springs. Well, it was aired as Triple J's Live at the Wireless last month. If you want to live (or re-live) the live moments then head over to the Triple J website (
