Righto boys and girls - this is it! Cohesion is finally poised to hit shelves and hearts the country over this Friday, April 9th! It has sure been such a long time coming, and the band couldn't be more excited to share it with all of you dedicated Gyro fans.

To celebrate the unleashing of Cohesion this Friday, the four Gyro's have something special in mind for local fans. Come 5.00pm the band are set to amp it up (but not literally!) with an acoustic set and signing at Perth's 78 Records. Here are all the details, get down to see some new songs played in acoustic mode for the first time ever!

Another place to hear the huge Cohesion and get yourself pumped for this Friday is on Triple J. Cohesion is the Triple J Feature Album all this week on the J's, so tune in the hear each and every album track. You'll also hear Dan & Zok introducing each of the songs which is super exciting in itself. The Some of the Places I Know Tour wrapped up last weekend with a cracker gig at Perth's Capitol. In front of a very appreciative home town crowd, we hear the Gyro's tore it up with some brand new songs and some trusty fan favourites. Missed out on this tour? Onto a video related tangent now. Not only is the stunning Some of the Places I Know video currently ripping up Youtube, but there is a series of three Cohesion preview videos up now. Good news for Sydney folks - Gyroscope have been announced as the Saturday headliners at the 2010 Come Together Festival. Joining a bill filled out by the likes of The Butterfly Effect, The Loved Ones, Frenzal Rhomb & Strung Out, it's sure to be one rockin' day at Luna Park's Big Top.
